Booth Space
Each booth is only $1,495   (maximum of two booths per organization.) 
Confirmation of booth space will go out on or before August 5th.

What is the size of a booth?
Each booth is 9' deep x 10' wide.

How many booths can be purchased?
Each organization has the opportunity to purchase a maximum of two booths.

How many people may register in a booth?
Three people per booth (max of six people for two booths.)

May I have a caricature artist, photographer or other type of artisan in my booth?
Yes, the person must be one of your paid registrants and counts toward the maximum number
of people in the booth.

May I have an island or peninsula booth?
Island or peninsula booths, tents or canopies are not permitted.

What comes in the booth?
Booths are supplied with an identification sign, pipe and drape, 6' skirted display table,
two chairs and carpeting.

What if I need to cancel a booth?
•  Cancellation of exhibit space must be submitted to RCMA in writing.
•  Refunds will not be made unless space is resold to another Exhibitor by RCMA. 
•  Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.


Registration Fees
$525 for each associate member
$625 for each non-member
$185 for spouse registration
•  Complimentary registrations do not come with booth space. 
•  Registration fees include all meals, educational sessions, tradeshow, speakers and entertainment.
•  Deadline for registration to be included in the Conference Directory is December 26.

Can I attend the Conference without exhibiting in a booth?
No, suppliers must be registered in a booth in order to attend any part of the Conference.

What if I need to cancel?
•  Individual registration fees will be refunded in full if the cancellation is received in writing at RCMA prior to December 13, 2010.
•  Written cancellations received at RCMA between December 12, 2011 and January 6, 2012 will entitle the registrant
    to a 70% refund of the registration fee.
•  No refunds will be given after January 6, 2012.  All requests must be in writing

How far is the airport from the hotels?
Downtown Kansas City is approximately 20 miles from Kansas City International Airport.
